The new Blakeman administration has released the 2023/2024 tentative assessments in Nassau County. The assessments appear to largely be rollovers from last year’s 2022/2023 tentative assessments (which were themselves rollovers from the 2021/2022 roll). There is still no recognition by Nassau County of any market impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on commercial values and thus no property tax relief.
