Herman Katz (HK) partner David C. Wilkes will deliver a presentation titled “State and Local Tax Group: Mastering the Art of Negotiating a Tax Appeal – Using Your Eyes and Ears as Well as Your Mouth to Get to Yes” to the State and Local Tax Group of The Counselors of Real Estate on March 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

David C. Wilkes has been a designated Counselor of Real Estate since 2006 and is a member of its State and Local Tax Group. In the presentation, David will walk through his preparatory process for negotiations, often looking beyond the basic demand to understand and push through obstacles to settlement and achieve outstanding results. David is an expert negotiator who understands that litigation and negotiation are interrelated and influence each other’s success.
