Contact Alyssa for all of you tax certiorari and condemnation issues.
Alyssa concentrates her tax certiorari and condemnation practice in the five boroughs of New York City and across the state of New York. She represents commercial property owners in all aspects of real property taxation and applies an analytical mindset to clients’ taxation issues. In addition, she regularly prepares due diligence analyses of property valuation and helps property owners maximize tax benefits with applications for abatements and exemptions, including ICAP abatements and not-for-profit 420-a exemptions.
Alyssa is admitted to practice law before the courts of New York. Before joining HK, she gained valuable real estate finance experience as a paralegal at two AmLaw 50 firms in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is proud to volunteer her time by working with a legal services organization in the Hudson Valley to provide pro bono legal services to indigent clients.
